DESPATCH TIMES

We aim for 1-2 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec) orders may take 3-4 working days.

Delivery is expected within 3-5 working days after despatch so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

METHODS OF DELIVERY

For some larger orders we may use a courier service. If this is the case then we will contact you for any additional information required by the courier to ensure a trouble free delivery.

Orders sent via the postal service (small parcel) are sent with Whistl.

For large item orders these may need to be shipped on a pallet. If this is the case then we will contact you for any additional information required by the courier to ensure a trouble free delivery. We unfortunately cannot ship a pallet delivery until we have this information.

For orders placed after 4.30pm, the working day commences at 8am the next day.

BFPO/PO BOX ADDRESSES

We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK

Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.

Returns & Replacements

Although we are committed to ensuring the products you purchase from us are picked and packed with the utmost care, there may be times when there is a need for a refund or a replacement.

An item(s) has arrived damaged

In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged, you must contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt via our email: hello@bohemianspirit.co.uk. Please include a photograph of the damaged item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions. We will send out a replacement and cover the delivery cost or provide a refund.

An incorrect item has been received

In the unfortunate event that an incorrect item has been received, you must contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt via our email: hello@bohemianspirit.co.uk. Please include a photograph of the incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions.

Your Order has not arrived

If you have not received your order please contact us via our email hello@bohemianspirit.co.uk. You do not need to place another order. Once your claim has been confirmed a replacement order will be sent within 3 working days. We will cover the delivery cost. Delivery of the replacement order will follow our standard delivery times.

If you have changed your mind

If you have changed your mind on your purchase, please notify our Customer Care Department via email hello@bohemianspirit.co.uk within 7 days from the date of receipt.

The item(s) will need to be returned to us in their original condition. Once we have received the returned item(s) a refund will be issued. Please note that the cost of carriage (in either direction) will not be refunded in this case.
